4. Content of the register
Personal data is used solely for the operation of DigitMath, including:
- Delivering and personalising tuition
- Communicating with Clients
- Scheduling and managing lessons
- Monitoring progress and planning learning
- Meeting safeguarding and insurance requirements
The register contains basic contact information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as any other information collected with the customer’s consent.

All personal data is kept confidential. Access to the register is strictly limited to authorised DigitMath personnel who require the data for their work duties, and access is granted on a need-to-know basis only.
The customer has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of their personal data for direct marketing and other marketing purposes.
Customer data will be deleted upon the customer’s request, which can be made by phone or email.
