DigitMath Tuition Services Terms and Conditions (2026) Welcome!

By enrolling your child in tuition with DigitMath, you and your child agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a safe, productive, and enjoyable learning environment.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

  1. Students must be in Year 3–Year 11 or the relevant level agreed upon.
  2. Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of the registration form and payment
  3. All students must provide accurate personal information. Changes must be notified immediately.

2. Tuition Fees and Payment

  1. Tuition fees are as specified for each program or module.
  2. Payment must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of lessons.
  3. Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the tutor.
    • Fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

3. Lessons and Attendance

  1. Lessons are scheduled weekly or as agreed upon.
  2. Students are expected to attend all lessons on time.
  3. If a student cannot attend, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given for rescheduling.
  4. Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in exceptional circumstances.

4. Conduct

  1. Students are expected to be respectful, attentive, and cooperative.
  2. Disruptive behavior may result in the lesson being paused or, in severe cases, termination of tuition.

5. Learning Materials

  1. All learning materials provided remain the property of the tutor.
  2. Students may not copy, distribute, or share materials without prior permission.
  3. Students are responsible for bringing any required materials, such as textbooks, stationery, or devices, to lessons.

    6. Homework and Assessments

    1. Homework is beassigned to reinforce lesson topics. 2. Completion of homework is expected within the agreed timeframe. 3. Assessments will be used to track progress and may be shared with parents.

    7. Online Lessons

    1. Students musthave a stable internet connection and appropriate devices for online
    2. Video and audio must be functional to participate fully.
    3. Recordings of lessons are for tutor use only unless explicitly shared with parents.

    8. Privacy and Data Protection

    1. Student information will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of tuition.
    2. The tutor may contact parents regarding lesson updates, progress reports, or scheduling.
    3. Photos or videos of students may be used only with prior written consent for promotional purposes.

    9. Liability

    1. The tutor is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during tuition or while using materials.
    2. Parents are responsible for ensuring students’ safety when attending lessons.

    10. Termination

    1. Either party may terminate the tuition agreement with two weeks’ notice.
    2. Immediate termination may occur in case of severe misconduct, non-payment, or breach of terms.

    11. Changes to Terms

    1. The tutor reservesthe right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
    2. Parents and students will be notified of changes in advance.

    12. Acceptance

    1. By enrolling, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
